The Site provides information about Plainside Labs and our products. It is informational and marketing in nature.

Our applications (such as Guard Tour Lite) are distributed through third-party app stores — Apple Store, Google Play — and are governed by their own terms, end-user license agreements, and privacy policies, together with the applicable app store’s terms. These website Terms do not replace those app or store terms.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the Plainside Labs name and marks, screenshots, and design — is owned by or licensed to Plainside Labs and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the Site.

“Plainside Labs” and our product names and logos are trademarks of Plainside Labs. Other names and brands mentioned on the Site — including any competitor product names used for comparison — are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is nominative, for identification and comparison only, and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including (without limitation): attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scraping or harvesting data in violation of these Terms; introducing malware; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may link to third-party websites and stores (e.g., Apple Store, Google Play). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Once you leave the Site, the third party’s terms and policies apply.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
